About Margaret

Maragret has been riding as long as she has been walking.  She began lessons at age 6 and has never looked back.  After many years in Pony Club, achieving C2 and finishing with the Agregate Award at Pony Club Championships in 2002, Margaret went to the east coast United States as a working student for Sonya Crampton, a Canadian Equestrian Short-listed Team Member, where she gained valuable stable management and riding experience, including grooming at the Rolex Kentucky 4**** in 2003.  While on the east coast Margaret also worked for Lisa O'neal, a top Hunter/Jumper trainer and judge who specializes in importing european warmbloods for North American show rings.  After returning to Canada with a new four legged partner in the fall of 2003, Maragret began teaching locally at Seahorse Stables and for Therapeutic Riding.  In the fall of 2005 Margaret moved operations to a new facility, and began Dreamcrest Stables.  Margaret is a certified EC Level 1 English Coach.
